Handcrafted to order. Each BioDew PlayFlex™ sofa is cut, sewn, and foam-filled after you order it — not pulled off a warehouse shelf — which is why we build in 2–4 weeks for standard delivery. That care is what gives you Dutch velvet covers and foam that actually holds its shape.
We offer FREE standard shipping across Canada and the United States.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with standard delivery typically arriving within 2–4 weeks depending on your destination.
Need it sooner? Choose Express Shipping at checkout for faster processing and delivery — pricing is calculated based on your destination and shown before you pay.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide a shipping quote.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email when available.
